Four Counties Licensing Services also work within the Supermarket and off sales industry and have established tailored proof of age training manuals and operational process’s to address the issues of under age sales. We have also worked on due diligence defences following closure orders and also Premises Licence Review hearings and Appeals.

We are also able to offer support with the day to day matters such as applications to change the Designated Premises Supervisors and application to vary Premises Licences. Since establishing Four Counties Licensing Services Limited in April 2006. We have prepared a number of due diligence defence regarding under age sales and given evidence before several Licensing Committees and at Appeal hearings. In addition to preparing due diligence defences we have also worked with the operators of the premises involved to implement procedures and practices to ensure adequate measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence.
