Due to experience gained whilst working in the licensed trade we have a good understanding of the industry. Since establishing Four Counties Licensing Services Limited in April 2006 we have undertaken observations on the night time economy of York and Nottingham in support of applications for new Premises Licences. We have also prepared a number of due diligence defence regarding under age sales and given evidence before several Licensing Committees and also at Appeal hearings. In addition to preparing due diligence defences we have also worked with the operators of the premises involved to implement procedures and practices to ensure adequate measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence
