Due to experience gained whilst working in the licensed trade we have a good understanding of the industry. In addition to licensing we can also offer assistance with Estate and Property work, Development and Acquitions, and Risk Management.  We have also worked on various large acquitions and disposal packages and re-financing deals including establishing data rooms and we have also prepared and managing several Transitional Services Agreements.

Since establishing Four Counties Services Limited in April 2006 we have undertaken observations on the night time economy of York and Nottingham in support of applications for new Premises Licences. We have also prepared a number of due diligence defence regarding under age sales and given evidence before several Licensing Committees at review hearings, and also at Appeal hearings. In addition to preparing due diligence defences we have also worked with the operators of the premises involved to implement procedures and practices to ensure adequate measures are in place to prevent re-occurrence.
